• Use the Service to scrape or apply on behalf of others without their explicit consent
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls of third-party job boards
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. No Refunds

All purchases are final. We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. Refunds are not issued after a subscription charge is made.

5. DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used in violation of the DMCA, contact info@netronian.com with a proper DMCA notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN JOB INTERVIEWS OR OFFERS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
